The current research team has conducted preliminary tests on color-blind patients, and the results are good, and further developments for this research are currently underway.
It is reported that researchers from the University of Birmingham in the United Kingdom, after color blindness or tracking statistics, found that existing color lenses and contact lenses can play the same role, but the cost is high, and some even cost as much as a few hundred dollars. In contrast, these newly developed contacts are suitable for different types of color blind patients due to the use of new special dyes.

Dr. Haider Butt, Principal Investigator of the study, said: "We are using a similar process to correct the purple-blue blindness, while also requiring a large number of dyes to be combined to enable the lens to serve both blind and purple-blue blind patients.
