The world's tallest tower, the Guangzhou New TV Tower Project, was completed by the builders for 26 months, and the main tower body of 454 meters was completed yesterday.
The Guangzhou New TV Tower, built at the intersection of the central axis of Guangzhou New City and the Pearl River landscape axis, and the Pearl River in the north, is the landmark project of Guangzhou. The core structure of the main tower is 454 meters high and the height of the antenna mast is 156 meters. The height reaches 610 meters, and the overall height will be the first in the world after completion. The TV tower can withstand an earthquake of magnitude 8 and a typhoon of 12, and has a design life of more than 100 years.
After the completion of the new TV tower in Guangzhou, a jump-off machine will be installed at the 454-meter platform of the tower. After the citizens sit up, they can rise to a height of about 500 meters (the height is undetermined), and they can feel the excitement while overlooking the panoramic view of Guangzhou.
