However, from the overall performance of the current LED street lights, it is not suitable for large-scale replacement in the country, and there are many quality details to be solved. More importantly, the national standard for LED street lights has not come out. If large-scale replacement is now, the maintenance of LED street lights will be very troublesome in the future.
Main features of China's LED street light market
In 2010, more cities across the country began to promote or try LED street lights. According to statistics, more than 100 cities across the country have installed LED street lights more or less. Compared with 2009, China's LED street lamp market in 2010 has the following characteristics.

(4) The technical level has been improved. More LED street light companies have begun to deepen research and development, and there has been a breakthrough in the heat dissipation design and design of LED street lights, and intelligent systems have also begun to be introduced. At the same time, the light efficiency of the LED light source has also increased by more than 20%, and the overall quality performance of the LED street light has increased by more than 50% compared with 2009.
(5) The “EMC†model will be introduced and will be further improved in 2010. At present, the "EMC" development still has great difficulty. According to the GLII survey, more than 90% of LED street light companies have clearly stated that they will not consider the "EMC" mode for the time being. The national standard for LED street lamps is expected to be difficult to launch in 2011. Now the industry is striving to promote the introduction of standards. The 2012 LED street lamp standard is still promising. Once the standard is introduced, the market size will increase by several times. Local governments have successively introduced local standards for LED street lights, and often see traces of mutual plagiarism, but they also provide a reference for the formulation of national standards.
LED street lights belong to government projects and cannot be separated from the government's participation in development.
