Power adapter hidden Toshiba recall

Due to the overheating potential of the notebook power adapter, which may cause burns to the user, Toshiba has announced that it has recalled about 41,000 notebook computers. Products related to Toshiba Satellite T123, Satellite T135D, Satellite PRO T130. Due to the above product issues, Toshiba has received 126 reports of overheating, including two fires, property damage and plastic deformation of the adapter shell.

Current product recalls are mainly in the United States and Canada. The plan to visit the program allows users to download the BIOS for free upgrades, and then follow the BIOS upgrade Guide to install and run the upgrade file on the machine; when the BIOS detects the possibility of failure of the affected part, the computer will immediately stop the power adapter power supply to avoid overheating.
