Located in Caiwuwei, Luohu District, Jingji 100 (KK100), formerly known as King Key Financial Center, replaced the land king with a new landmark of Shenzhen with a height of 441.8 meters.
Designed by the internationally renowned architectural design company - UK TFP and ARUP, the project is 441.8 meters high and is the 8th high skyscraper landmark in the world with a total construction area of ​​220,000 square meters. The Jingji 100 represents the dual landmark of China's technical elevation and spiritual symbol. In the overall design and construction of the building, the 9.5:1 aspect ratio is adopted, which is the most domestic skyscraper.
The overall lighting design of the Jingji 100 is ingenious. The façade is embedded with a lamp tube. The lighting structure embellishes the building structure. The modern sense and the sense of the times blend with each other. From a distance, it is highly visually impactful.
