1 Introduction
In China's steel market, the profit margin of medium (thick) plates is relatively large. Therefore, the medium (thick) plate production lines of major steel mills have the reputation of "money printing machine". However, with the increasingly fierce market competition and the increasing demands of users on the quality of medium (thick) plates, major domestic steel plants have also increased their investment in the transformation of medium (thick) plate production lines. At present, the slab discharge method used by most manufacturers is: after the slab is heated in a three-stage continuous push steel heating furnace, the hot slab is pushed out from the front of the furnace by the steel pusher located behind the furnace. With its own weight, it slides along the inclined surface between the outlet of the heating furnace and the conveying roller table above the roller table to complete the tapping process. This tapping process not only scratches the lower surface of the slab and affects the surface quality of the slab, but also causes a lot of impact and noise to the conveyor roller table and buffer, which seriously affects the service life of the equipment. How to make steel smoothly over the years has become a problem in the domestic medium (thick) plate production line.
2. Introduction of high-level tapping machine
In response to the current problems of the tapping machine, Time Technology and a system integrator in the industry jointly developed a high-level tapping machine. The high-level tapping machine is mainly used in the field of medium (thick) plate processing in the iron and steel industry, which solves the problem of lower surface slippage in the production process of medium (thick) plates and improves the product quality of the final products of medium (thick) plates. Since this set of tapping machines is still the first domestic application, there is no competitor in China, and the entire set of equipment has high added value and large profits. The whole set of equipment is advanced in technology: closed-loop hydraulic lifting device and servo control to achieve accurate positioning of each station are all domestic leading technologies. The whole set of equipment has a wide range of applications and can be applied to all medium (thick) board production lines in China.
(1) Mechanical structure
The high-level tapping machine is composed of main beam, cart, trolley, portal frame and L-shaped hook for taking blanks (see Figure 1). The L-shaped hook has three degrees of freedom: it is used to complete the lateral movement of the selected channel by the cart, and the driving form is a motor-reducer-drive shaft-gear-rack structure; the longitudinal movement used to complete the blank is taken by the cart Finished, the driving form is the same as that of the cart; the vertical movement is completed by the portal frame located in the U-shaped groove of the front pillar of the cart, and adopts the hydraulic cylinder drive form.

(2) Working process
After the furnace, the steel pusher pushes the slab to the tapping position of the furnace door. This position is completed by laser measurement. Then the furnace door is opened, and the trolley drives the tapping machine to the L-shaped hook located directly below the slab in the furnace. , The L-shaped hook rises and lifts the slab to leave the slide rail in the furnace, the trolley drives the steel machine to retreat above the conveyor roller table in front of the furnace, the furnace door is closed, the L-shaped hook drops steadily, the slab is placed on the conveyor roller table , The roller table rotates to transport the slab, the L-shaped hook rises to its original position again, and the tapping machine has completed a tapping cycle. The cart moves laterally as needed to align the L-shaped hook with the tapping position of the left, middle or right side of the furnace. To facilitate the realization and completion of the next tapping cycle.
(3) Electrical control system
The electrical control system of the high-level tapping machine is composed of Siemens programmable controller, time IMS servo controller and so on. The system composition scheme is shown in Figure 2.
