The partial discharge and long-term induction withstanding voltage test of the 750kv transformer is the most important test item in the 750kv substation field installation test project with the largest amount of work and difficulty and the assessment of the transformer insulation strength. Due to the influence of on-site disturbance factors, it has brought great difficulties to the test work. After the analysis of senior experts in the field high-voltage test partial discharge test and reasonable measures for anti-jamming, the final partial discharges of the first, second, and second main transformers were all less than 100pc, which satisfies the "750kv Electrical Equipment Transfer Test Procedure". Partial discharge is less than the required value of 500pc. The low-voltage windings and neutral-point windings were subjected to AC voltage withstand test of the external construction frequency, and the tests were all qualified.
Partial discharge and long-term induction voltage test is an important test item for assessing whether the transformer can be put into operation. Therefore, the successful passage of this test provides a strong basis for the transformer to be put into operation on schedule.
