The rate slows down and the heart rests. However, melatonin is very "sensitive" to light. As long as the eye is stimulated by light, melatonin is ordered to reduce secretion by the pineal gland, so sleeping in the daytime or under the light is not as good as sleeping at night.

Knowing that light is related to melatonin that affects sleep, another problem that Hao Luoxi has to do is to find a light environment that has less effect on melatonin, thereby minimizing the inhibitory effect of indoor light environment on melatonin secretion.
