The transformation changed the original 70-watt metal halide lamp to a 20-watt LED lamp, and the light intensity was increased from the original 69 lux (illuminance unit) to 130 lux.

In the early stage, in order to ensure the smooth progress of the renovation project, the Electric Power Department carefully formulated the construction plan and plan, overcoming the practical difficulties such as the pressure of safety production and the tight schedule, and started the process of construction organization arrangement, technical support and other process coordination, and adopted technical personnel.
