In addition to civil works sites and equipment, the inspection team believes that operating units should strengthen feedback on construction experience. For situations where the external experience feedback channel is not sufficient, the operating organization should establish an experience feedback and exchange mechanism between similar nuclear power plants and effectively learn from good practice experience. Moreover, in view of the quality problems of concrete construction at Hongyanhe and Ningde Nuclear Power Plants, operating organizations should strengthen experience feedback, further improve concrete construction procedures such as truncated cones, and strengthen quality control to avoid similar problems.
