   YE2 series aluminum housing three-phase asynchronous motor is improved product of Y2 series aluminum housing three-phase asynchronous motor, the Aluminum Alloy die casting machine, end cover, junction box, and a detachable foot, the installation size and power level and YE2 series or Y2 series motor is consistent. YE2 series aluminum housing three-phase asynchronous motor has the following advantages: high efficiency, heat dissipation performance of large starting torque, low noise, reasonable structure, reliable operation, convenient installation and use and has smooth appearance, better and lighter weight. YE2 series three-phase asynchronous motor with the use of Y2 series motor, and according to China's national standard GB18613-2012 3 level of energy efficiency, equivalent to the International Electrotechnical Commission IE2 efficient standards. YE3 series aluminum housing motor at the same time the company can provide the level of energy efficiency

Shipping

We will use air or sea shipping , you can check the shipping cost by chosing which country you need to ship. Also we have other shipping metheds for your option, if you have sepcial request on shippment. Pls feel free to contact us.

We normally dispatch your order within 2-10 working days depends on stock level, as soon as the order is shipped, we will tell you the tracking number, if there is any problem regarding to the shipping, please feel free to contact us.

Delay is possible and depends on your local custom & postal services. Sometimes custom will hold the order for random check, you also contact your local postal services to see if there is any international incoming mail.

All the item packed individual in white foam and poly bag.
Small quantity order will use strong cardboard carton if necessary.

Q1.  When Can I receive the goods after payment?

 If stock is available,  we need 1-2 days to do inspection and packing& shiping. EMS normally will take 7-12 days to arrive you. If stock runs out, we need 7-10 days to make the items ready to ship.


Q2. Is the TAX included in the charge?


Buyer is responsible for paying any local Customs Taxes.

For European, all the items usually require import duty which is about 35-45 euros. We will declare small value on the invoice to avoid the high tax. Please inform us how much would be better to delcare after you place an order in our store.


For USA ,  All the items do not need to pay importy duty, if the total commercial invoice is less than 1000USD, as we will delcalare very low value or as per

For Australia,  All the items do not need to pay importy duty, if the total commercial invoice is less than 1000AUD, as we will delcalare very low value or as per request.
 

After Sale Service

1. We can provide installation instruction, if you can not find a way to install our items.
2. All of our products are under one year warranty, we can provide the repair if your items are damaged when you use it. But buyer should take the round shipping costs.
3. Refund acceptable, only if  the item is shipped wrong or item can not fit( if not fit, please provide the proof of pictures)

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Item be returned/exchanged only if the items are found defected or wrong item on arrival. If item need to be exchanged, items must be returned within 7 days from the date of authorized for exchange. All presumed defective or wrong items must obtain an authorization before returing. Any returned package without authorization will put on hold or refused. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost and insurance. Please note that shipping and handling are not refundable.
