Summary:

Flyback converters using LinkSwitch-LP have an output VI characteristic similar to an unregulated power transformer power supply, but their output current is limited so that they do not exceed the maximum rated output power (peak power point). This power adapter is designed using the LinkSwitch-LP family of devices, the LNK564P.

  • Easily meet all external power (EPS) energy efficiency standards
  • Have sufficient margin to meet CISPR-22 Class B EMI requirements
