1.1 Introduction
With the rapid development of science and technology, domestic garbage has become an important factor affecting the environment, affecting human life and even affecting human living environment. Streets and alleys, tourist attractions, and the interior of the campus are full of human waste. The trash can has become a must-have item in daily life. Every day, thousands of sanitation workers, garbage collection vehicles are busy in recycling garbage. A line. Recycling and disposing of garbage is a time-consuming and laborious task. It takes a lot of manpower and material resources every day. However, some garbage bins are not necessarily full, but they are also recycled, which causes a great waste of vehicle personnel fuel. Especially for tourist attractions, the garbage bins above the mountain roads, accurately grasping the storage status of these garbage bins, will have obvious effects on saving manpower and material resources.
Under this demand, the intelligent trash can monitoring alarm system came into being. The intelligent trash can alarm system uses sensors to detect the storage status of the trash can, and transmits it to the garbage disposal center to timely grasp the storage status of the garbage can and accurately handle the garbage. First, the smart sensor in the trash can detects the storage status of the trash can. If the trash can is full, the storage status of the trash can be sent to the garbage collection center through the wireless intelligent module. The garbage disposal center will dispatch personnel according to the situation. Handling garbage, real-time and accurate, saving manpower and material resources.
1.2 Innovation points
(1) The use of renewable resources - solar energy as the system's power supply system is both energy efficient and reliable.
(2) It is convenient and quick to download the voice directly into the voice storage circuit;
(3) Apply Zigbee technology to the garbage bin remote alarm system, which can self-organize the network.
(4) Using GPRS network to transmit information remotely is reliable and fast.
Second, the demand analysis
2.1 Functional requirements
Intelligent trash can remote alarm system mainly consists of RFD (easy function device) and FFD (full function device)
The RFD is mainly composed of a power module, a voice module, a system main control module, a Zigbee module, and a sensor module.
(1) Power module
The system power module has two batteries, a solar receiver board. When there is sunlight, the solar receiver board charges the battery and supplies power to the entire circuit. When the sky is cloudy or the light is not good, the battery supplies power to the entire circuit.
(2) Voice module
The voice module is mainly composed of an audio download circuit, a voice storage circuit and an audio power amplifier circuit. The voice module mainly performs the following three functions:
1 can download voice into the storage module through USB;
2 When someone approaches a certain distance, the voice module automatically prompts;
3 When the person leaves a certain distance, the voice module starts the prompt again.
The device downloads the prompt audio information of the MP3 format to the voice storage circuit through the USB interface. Broadcast by the external module. Based on the application needs of this module, the EVK110 development board based on AT32UC3A, which focuses on audio signal processing, was selected as the development platform.
(3) System main control circuit
The system main control circuit and button display module mainly complete the functions of integrated management, power consumption control and information storage on the top of the system, and improve the overall automation and intelligence level of the system.
This project uses high-performance, low-power 32-bit AVR AT32UC3A chip as the system microcontroller to control the voice module, zigbee module, gprs module, sensor module circuit.
(4) zigbee module
The zigbee module mainly performs the following two functions:
1 Automatically search for other RFDs (easy function devices) to form a star network.
2 Transfer the RFD information to the FFD (full-featured device).
Zigbee technology can quickly and accurately transfer information, saving wiring between devices.
(5) Sensor module
1 Infrared barrier sensor for detecting people throwing garbage, the sensor has strong anti-interference ability to ambient light, and the detection distance is completed by a pair of infrared transmitting tubes and receiving tubes, and the transmitting tube emits high-frequency infrared signals. When an obstacle (reflection surface) is detected in front, the infrared light is reflected back and received by the receiving tube. At this time, the indicator light is on, and after the circuit processing, a low level signal is output, thereby triggering a voice prompt system to remind people to classify the garbage, humanity. In the right trash can. The detected distance can be adjusted by adjusting the sensor's VR1 potentiometer. The main performance indicators of this sensor are as follows:
Input voltage: 4.0V -6.0V
Input current: less than 15mA
Output mode: digital; (when there is feedback from the infrared reflected signal, the output is low.)
Adjustable distance: 5cm~40cm, high sensitivity.
Adjustable transmission frequency: Each module is adjusted at different transmission frequencies, and multiple modules can be used together at the same time without mutual interference. This sensor is stable and has a simple working mode, which is the first choice.
2 sensors in the trash can
The OS806 is an infrared sensor. The OS806 sensor consists of an imported high-emission GaAs infrared emission tube and a high-sensitivity phototransistor. It uses the object to block the beam and is gated by a synchronous circuit to detect the presence or absence of an object. Moreover, the sensor is inexpensive and adaptable to the environment, and is very suitable for application in this system.

2.2 Performance requirements
Performance indicators to be achieved by this project:
(1) In the case of sufficient light, the solar panel can fully charge two batteries and supply power to the entire circuit within 12 hours. The fully charged battery can ensure that the trash can detection alarm device works normally for at least 72 hours when there is no light;
(2) After being processed by the audio power amplifier circuit, the system can broadcast the voice effect that meets the actual requirements, and the noise is less;
(3) The zigbee module has low power consumption and is sensitive to activation and transmission only 15ms. It can self-organize the network, can accommodate more than 200 nodes, send information in the form of broadcast to avoid interactive response, and can avoid information collision.
(4) The system voice storage circuit has a large capacity, and has information for storing at least 200 node address information and more than 200 garbage boxes.
