Energy storage equipment such as materials and LED lighting energy-saving equipment, through the comprehensive management equipment of the energy management system, reduce building energy consumption by more than 10%, and verify the operation of the Zheng Energy Building.
The office and public parts of the building will use the building's energy management system to find the optimal allocation of electricity and heat production and savings, and to operate positive energy buildings at the lowest operating costs. At the same time, Toshiba image sensing device will be used to finely and automatically control the air conditioning, lighting and blinds in the office area according to the indoor conditions and sunshine status, effectively reducing energy consumption. In addition, the residential part will also introduce the “OMOTENASHI HEMSTM†home energy management system developed by Toshiba.
"OMOTENASHI HEMSTM" can predict the living habits of occupants and automatically control the operation modes of various household equipment such as air conditioners according to different life scenes. Users can not only choose the automatic control menu and energy-saving air conditioning settings through the tablet, but also confirm the energy consumption of the house from time to time.

This test verification project aims to achieve the medium-term environmental protection indicator “EU Environmental Measures 20â€20â€20†formulated by the EU countries five years ahead of schedule and promote zero emissions in the project area. In order to give full play to the technological advantages of Japanese companies and realize the effective use of global energy, Toshiba is a master enterprise to undertake projects.
