Without the participation of business education, it is impossible to guarantee the quality of personnel training. In one case, the relative stability of professional settings and connotation construction in colleges and universities, compared to the variability of social needs, there is always a certain lag in the return, and what kind of talents are cultivated, only the enterprises are most aware that enterprises should occupy the talent cultivation. The dominant position is to establish more “industry colleges” and “order classes” through in-depth cooperation with schools, so as to ensure the export of talents. In addition, first-class technical talents need to be equipped with first-class professional teachers, and college teachers need to rely on the industry, With the participation of business experts, they will explore the apprenticeship system and the mentoring system, work out a talent training plan, and set up professional courses to ensure a high degree of integration between talent training and business needs. Both, senior skilled talents are embarking on corporate positions. After gradually gradually growing up, it requires companies to give employees more opportunities and conditions for improvement and progress, and to build a good corporate culture, reasonable management, evaluation and incentive mechanisms.
