2. Definition of straightness, straight angle and flatness:
(1) Edge straightness: In the plane of the brick, the center of the side deviates from the deviation of the straight line. The straightness is expressed as a percentage and is calculated as:

1. Detection of straightness and straight angle:
When the brick is placed on the three support pins of the instrument, the positioning pin is close to the measured edge, and the distance from each corner of the measuring edge is 5 mm, and the measuring rod of the straight meter is adjusted to the center of the measured side; The measuring rod of the watch should be 5 mm from an angle of the measuring side.
Place the appropriate standard plate exactly at the measurement position of the instrument and adjust the reading of the gauge to the appropriate initial value.
Take out the standard board and place the front side of the brick properly on the positioning pin of the instrument. Record the meter reading at the center and 5mm from the corner. If it is a square brick, turn the brick sample to get 4 measurements. Repeat the above steps for each brick. If it is a rectangular brick, measure the straightness and straight angle of the long and wide sides, respectively. Measurement accuracy to 0.1mm.
2, the detection of flatness:
Place the corresponding standard plate accurately on the three support pins, the distance from the center of each support pin to the brick edge is 10mm, the center bending gauge seat lever contact should be in the center of the brick, and the warping gauge seat lever touch The head should be adjusted to the appropriate initial value of the bend and warpage metrics at a distance of 10 mm from the brick edge.
Remove the standard plate and place the glazed face of the brick or the appropriate face down on the instrument and record the readings for each gauge separately. If it is a square brick, each sample gets 4 measurements, and the above steps are repeated for each brick. The measurement is accurate to 0.1 mm.
