Step 2: Adjust the balance of the electrolyte.

If the electrolytic cell is still in the state of deep iodine, use 10ul of micro-injector to extract 10ul of distilled water each time, wipe the needle with filter paper, press the start button, and inject it into the cell surface several times through the hole in the middle of the injection cock. In the following, the color change of the electrolyte is observed at any time until the electrolyte turns pale yellow, and the green light of the measurement signal lamp and the electrolysis signal lamp are instructed, and the counter starts counting. Step 3: Calibrate the trace moisture analyzer.

After the electrolyte is stable, use 0.3 ul micro-injector to extract 0.3 ul of distilled water, wipe the needle with filter paper, press the start button, and inject it below the liquid level. The instrument starts counting and reaches the end point, showing 300±30 ug of water, continuously calibrated 2~ 3 times, the count value is within the required range, indicating that the instrument is accurate.
