Note the following questions when loading in ELISA:
1. When sucking the sample, the sample gun tip should not adhere to the excess liquid; when adding the sample, do not add liquid to the hole at 90 degrees, which will cause the liquid to remain on the tip, and the sample loading is not accurate!
2. Do not put the tip into the hole. On the one hand, if you touch the bottom of the hole, you may bend the tip. On the other hand, the liquid in the hole may be blown up. The sample loading is not accurate!
