Q: What changes have you observed in the demand of the Chinese market? Where can I improve my space?

A: Especially in the past two years, the wave of large-scale investment in equipment has passed, and investment in high-end equipment and special capacity improvement is being strengthened. The five-axis processing equipment has been widely used since its inception, and its contradiction has also changed from "do not hit the machine, can be used" to "use it quickly and well."

Machines that do not work will not produce benefits. But many companies have yet to exploit the potential of their five-axis equipment, not even knowing where their potential lies. Data from our machine tool partners show that the average processing time in China's vertical machining centers is only 20% on average. In other words, in the face of increasing labor costs, such a low return on investment will undoubtedly make Enterprises are struggling to survive.

Taking advantage of the potential of five-axis machining, CAM software is not only critical, but its impact on overall production results can be beyond imagination. I remember that one customer had invested in four large-scale turning and milling machining centers to prepare wind power related parts. But the industry is suddenly changing, and in order to survive, they began to try to process large integral impellers. The first processing task, due to process problems and the limitations of their existing software, three months have passed, the key dimensions are still not processed, and finally they have to give up and the loss is huge. Two months later, when the second opportunity was made to make a titanium alloy monolithic impeller with a diameter of 650 mm, the customer found us for help and expected to complete the machining within one month.
