According to Bloomberg on Monday, South Korea’s Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. (005930.KS: Quotes) agreed to suspend the sale of its latest version of the Galaxy Tablet PC in Australia until the patent infringement dispute with Apple (AAPL.O: Quotes) in Australia was resolved.
Bloomberg reported that Apple sued Samsung and alleged that Samsung’s Galaxy Tablet 10.1 infringed 10 of its patents. Bloomberg also said that Samsung has agreed to suspend marketing of the US version of the Galaxy tablet in Australia until it has obtained a court license.
