4) Individual single wire tension is too large.

1) First select the appropriate pitch diameter ratio, twisting rate, stranding pitch length and twisting direction before production. They have a direct impact on product quality, stability, strength, electrical resistance and material consumption;

2) Reasonably adjust the position distribution of the single line on the distribution board according to the work experience;

3) Selecting a suitable pressure cell, generally requires that the die diameter be smaller than the wire outer diameter by 0.3-0.5mm;

4) It is necessary to adjust the tension of the pay-off reel reasonably to ensure that the tension of each single thread is moderate and consistent;

5) Adjust the back-twisting device so that the angles are the same to eliminate the internal stress generated during the machining process;

6) Try to reduce the number of stops during the stranding process and try to produce at a constant speed.

Second, production management

In the production process, it is necessary to strictly control the quality of incoming raw materials; pay attention to avoid mechanical damage caused by bumps during transportation; pay attention to the storage location of aluminum wires, and avoid damage caused by corrosive medium humid air.
